Feronia offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.


The products on our website may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Product quantities on our website may not always accurately reflect our actual stock quantities. Should you purchase a product that that is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund and/or to advise you of when the product will be restocked.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. As our products are handmade with natural ingredients, there may be some variation in the colour and appearance of each individual product.


Feronia Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online and in person. Gift vouchers expire one year from the date of receipt or last redeeming transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. No change will be given on purchases made using gift vouchers, but balances may be used on subsequent purchases. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part.

We will process your order once we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you. Orders can be collected in person, at an event we attend, or delivered to you via courier.

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to [email protected]. If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.


The prices on our website are quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). These prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. If you are interested in pricing for bulk orders, please contact us for a quote.


Payment may be made through bank transfers and credit card. In-person payment options include EFTPOS, credit card, or cash.


We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt. Delivery times and charges can be viewed on our Delivery and Payment page. Please note that you may experience delays during weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications. If your order is urgent, or you wish to have a Saturday delivery, please contact us for assistance. Note that such arrangements may incur extra costs.

Standard deliveries are unsigned. If you require a signed delivery or have additional delivery instructions, please indicate this in the comment box during checkout. For security reasons we cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pickup point, please provide the physical address, not the PO box.

If your order is mislaid or if the goods you receive from us has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify the problem. Please check all parcels carefully, as by signing for a consignment (allowing an unsigned delivery), you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage in transit, theft, or loss once goods are delivered.

We can ship to overseas addresses.


We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods or services you receive from Feronia. However, if a product does not meet your expectations please contact us to discuss the matter within 7 days. In the event that goods are demonstrably faulty or we sent you the wrong item we will accept the goods for return and refund your money or replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you chose the wrong item, made a mistake, or simply do not like an item in our soap and skin care range, so please take care in choosing items for purchase.


We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for medical advice from a health care professional and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
